Life from the Grave (2 Kings 12:1-13:25)

Pastor Billy NewhousePastor Billy Newhouse, March 17, 2013
Part of the The Past is Prologue (Kings) series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

The story continues, this week with Jehoash’s reparation of the temple, and ultimately his own death. But his death is not the only one that makes the text this week, but Elisha himself will go to be with the Lord. But there is a surprise around the corner, as Elisha gives his last prophecy in a creative manner (to say the least). And then, a funeral that is interrupted and hastily carried out, results in the dropping a body into Elisha’s tomb. The outcome might surprise you!
